The Virgen de los Llanos Bullfighting Fair is now visible in every corner of the city thanks to a striking campaign reminding locals and visitors alike that the most anticipated taurine event is about to begin.
The atmosphere of the Albacete Bullfighting Fair can already be felt across the city. In recent days, UTE Casas-Amador has launched an ambitious publicity drive that has filled the busiest streets of the Castilian-La Mancha capital with bullfighting imagery. A clear commitment to bringing tauromachia into the heart of urban life and closer to the public.
From the façade of the historic bullring, now adorned with impressive banners featuring the stars of the festival, to the sculpture of the fighting bull by artist Puente Jerez, proudly standing guard at the Puerta Grande, the fair has taken its place in the city’s most symbolic spots. Even the urban buses carry the faces of the announced matadors, acting as moving ambassadors of an event that each year secures Albacete’s standing on the bullfighting map.
This promotional effort underlines the scale of a fair which, between 8 and 17 September, will bring together in the Albacete arena the leading figures of the bullfighting world, alongside emerging talents, this season’s big winners and local matadors, supported by some of the finest cattle ranches of the moment.
With this campaign, the fair is not only announced — it is lived in the streets, even before the first trumpet sounds.
